What do you like best about the Willow Project?
The Willow Project gives me a chance to experience the clinical setup. It also gives me an opportunity to help the homeless and try to better their lives.
What is your most memorable Willow Project experience?
The most memorable Willow Project experience for me was helping Paul Deramo to take a blood sugar reading from a lady and seeing frustration when the glucometer wasn’t working. I saw dedication and what it means to be dedicated.
What does being a part of the Willow Project mean to you?
Being apart of the Willow Project, to me, means serving others out of selflessness. It means putting others before myself by taking time out of my day, waking up earlier on Saturdays than I normally would, and serving.
Give an interesting story or fact about yourself?
I tend to mix Spanish and German in the same sentence.
What fruit are you and why?
I would say I’m a peach or mango. I really like these two fruits. I’m one of these two because just like the fruit I may look and seem strange or weird on the outside but underneath it all there is sweet, succulent niceness. That’s not meant to sound weird but it may.
What do you really think about Maria & Jennifer?
Well first of all I don’t know about this Maria & Jennifer, although I do know an Emma and Jennifer. These strict, totalitarian authorities make our meetings run to the minute and make sure everything is done. Some people may think they’re too strict, but there great in my book.
