What do you like best about the Willow Project?
I get to see a sector of society that I would not have the chance to be in touch with if I were not involved with WP. It taught me a lot, such as being more sensitive to people that are less fortunate than us and to be more aware of the needs of the homeless population.
What is your most memorable Willow Project experience?
Coat Drive!! It was fun and heartwarming seeing the little girl picking out MANY clothes for herself! She was giggling and put all the coats on herself! She looked SO SO happy! I will never forget that moment.
What does being a part of the Willow Project mean to you?
Give an interesting story or fact about yourself?
That’s what my grandma and my parents always tease me about. When I was still a baby, maybe like 2 y/o, I liked to stuff grape seeds or small things up my nose. One time my grandma was carrying me to the market, and when I sneezed, grape seeds were flying out. I almost scared my granny to death and she took me to the hospital. The doctor took out A LOT of things from my nose. But then not long after, same thing happened again, haha, and I had to go to the hospital again.
What fruit are you and why?
Haha~~ tough one~!! I guess I am a tomato (if you consider it a fruit~) because there are many kinds of tomatoes out there and I think it’s just like me having many different sides. I can be really studious at times, sometimes quiet and keep to myself, but I can also be crazy and bubbly~!!
What do you really think about Ryan & Jarae?
Jarae is the BEST!! Understanding, easy going, and nice~ and she speaks soooo fast too. Ryan, great leadership skills! I think he is very smart and has a lot of insights.
