What do you like best about the Willow Project?

The Willow Project has been one of the most enriching experiences I have had at UCDavis. What I love most about the Willow Project is its ability to bring the most diverse group of people together to help the homeless population whose faith and courage are incredible.

What is your most memorable Willow Project experience?

The most memorable Willow Project experience was my very first day at clinic. I was definitely extremely nervous and had no idea what to expect. The very first patient I had that day was named George and I still remember him because he moved me so much with his incredible and heartfelt stories of his life as a soldier, and it was from then on that I knew I was going to love being a part of the Willow Project and helping people like George.

What does being a part of the Willow Project mean to you?

Being a part of The Willow Project has given me the opportunity to help a population that appreciates our compassion for them and I am proud and grateful to be a part of The Willow Project.

Give an interesting story or fact about yourself?

I was born in London and lived there for thirteen years.

What fruit are you and why?

A watermelon, because I am tough on the outside but soft and sweet on the inside.

What do you really think about Ryan & Jarae?

Ryan and Jarae are excellent Co-managers who are organized and understanding. Without all the commitments they make and the work they do The Willow Project would not be where it is today.
